- NSN 1560-01-438-8453, C2A AIRCRAFT, DUCT ASSEMBLY, BLEED AIR, PR 52926233, P/N: 123P60119-1; this is a Critical Application (CI) item. It is not a Critical Safety Application (CSI) item. It is not a commercial item and configuration control applies. The acquisition is unrestricted other than full & open competition. This item is sole source to Northrop Grumman Corporation, This agency does not possess the technical data for this National Stock Number to evaluate alternate offers. Alternate offers will not be evaluated for the current procurement. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, Northrop Grumman CAGE 59U82, manufacturing CAGE 61174, interested in submitting a proposal for this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) package. The SAR package will not be evaluated for the current procurement. Submit SAR packages for evaluation for future procurements to: Defense Logistics Agency- Aviation Office of the Competition Advocate ATTN: DSCR-DU 8000 Jefferson Davis Highway Richmond, VA 23297-5100 DELIVERY: 444 after receipt of order. QUANTITY: 5 each. INSPECTION/ACCEPT : Origin. FOB Origin. The Government intends to place a firm-fixed price, no options delivery order against Northrop Grumman's current BOA. The letter solicitation will be issued on 31 July 2014 and will close on 29 August 2014. The solicitation will not be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) website.
