- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotes (RFQ) will be issued on or about 14 July 2014 and will not be available in paper format or on compact disc. Interested offerors may view and/or download the RFQ and all Amendments ONLY from the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at the following internet address: www.fbo.gov. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the FBO website (using the above link) for changes, announcements, or Amendments to the RFQ. The current anticipated quote due date is 25 July 2014. The specific due date, time, and location for quote submission will be identified in the RFQ. Unless specifically requested or authorized by Amendment, no corrections and/or changes to quotes will be allowed after the submission date and time. THIS ACQUISITION SHALL BE COMPETED AS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561720 with a Size Standard (as identified by the U.S. Small Business Administration) of $18,000,000. One contract resulting from the RFQ will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and whose pricing is the most advantageous to the Government. A Firm-Fixed-Price contract will be awarded. The reporting date will be stated in the solicitation. OFFERORS ARE REMINDED TO CAREFULLY READ THE SCOPE OF WORK. Use of Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website requires prior registration in both the System for Award Management (SAM) and the Federal Business Opportunities databases. You may register with SAM at https:\\www.sam.gov. Once you have completed the SAM registration, you may register in FBO at www.fbo.gov.
