This is a sources sought notice, it is not a RFQ, therefore no bids are required, this notice serves as only as a Market Research tool. If there are any contractors that can provide this specific service please contact Tamela Grandberry at tamela.grandberry@va.gov NLT 1500 Thursday July 17, 2014. STATEMENT OF WORK Relocation of Symbia T6 with workstation from The Villages OPC in Summerfield, FL to VAMC in Gainesville, FL 1. Contractor shall provide all items and expertise needed to de-install, transport and re-install the Symbia T6 SPECT/CT camera and workstations from the Village OPC in Summerfield, Fla. to the Gainesville VAMC Nuclear Medicine Dept. 2. The Symbia T6 SPECT/CT camera.is manufactured by Siemens, it is the intent of the Government to make a single award to a contractor with the skills, training and background to relocate the Symbia T6 SPECT/CT camera. 3. Qualifications of Bidders: Contractor will be considered only from contractors who are regularly established in the business called for and who in the judgment of the Contracting Officer are financially responsible and able to show evidence of the reliability, ability, experience, equipment, facilities and personnel directly employed or supervised by them to render prompt and satisfactory service. 5. Contractor shall have available an adequate supply of contract products to meet the requirements of the NF/SG VA Healthcare System. 6. Contractor shall perform all quality control procedures as required by Federal and State regulatory agencies. 7. Contractor shall meet all Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Department of Transportation, F.D.A., OSHA and all other agency rules and regulations (Federal and State) pertaining to shipping of radioactive material.
