- Justification and Approval for Brand Name Solicitation Brand Name RFP 3012 Motorola Land Mobile Radio Equipment Cover Letter Standard Form (SF) 1449 The Federal Bureau of Investigation contemplates award of an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract for the acquisition of Brand Name Motorola Solutions, Inc., Land Mobile Radio equipment. The proposed contract includes provisions for Firm Fixed Price supplies. The contract shall establish prices for the base year, as well as four, one year option periods. The guaranteed minimum purchase over the life of the contract is $1,000,000.00, with a potential maximum not to exceed $500,000,000.00 ($500 Million). Orders may be placed at any time during the performance period of the contract. Any request exceeding the guaranteed minimum may be acquired, contingent upon a continuing need of the Government and the availability of funding. The Government shall not be required to purchase from the contractor any additional supplies after the guaranteed minimum. The total duration of this contract, including the exercise of any options, shall not exceed 60 months. The exercise of option years is contingent upon a continuing need of the Government, and the availability of funding. Request for Proposal (RFP) 3012 is attached to this notice.
