- TITLE: 1560; SPAR, AIRCRAFT; F-15 AIRCRAFT; WSIC F PR: 0052931882, ISSUE DATE: 29 JUL 2014; CLOSING DATE: 28 AUG 2014 NSN: 15650-01-113-2030; PR: 0052931882; SPAR, AIRCRAFT; P/N: 68A112101-2030. The item intended sources are: Boeing Company (CAGE 76301) or GKN Aerospace Monitor Inc., (CAGE 24636). DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, nor can the information be furnished by the government. This procurement is suitable for competitive acquisition; however this part required engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Any manufacturer, other than those listed above wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) information may be found via http://www.aviation.dla.mil/userweb/sarguide.doc. This solicitation will result in an OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION (UNRESTRICTED) Firm Fixed Price contract for 10 each. This is a Critical Safety Item and a Critical Application Item. This item is subject to Configuration Control. Government First Article Testing, Government Mylar and the First Destination Transportation Program apply. The following terms apply: FOB ORIGIN; Inspection / Acceptance ORIGIN. Delivery for this procurement will be DLA DIRECT (STOCK) ship to: Robins AFB, GA 31098-1887. The First Article and Production delivery will be stated in the actual RFP. This solicitation will include provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA. Past Performance Automated System (PPIRS_SR) apply. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation issue date will be 29 July 2014 with a closing date of 28 August 2014. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
