- PLEASE NOTE: The following section of the RFI has been amended PURPOSE OF THE RFI The purpose of this RFI is to gather information pertaining to different approaches to modernizing mainframe legacy systems to support DCMA Contract Administration Offices, DFAS Contract Pay, Procurement Offices and Funding Stations through the DoD. At this time, DCMA is not seeking demonstrations of specific products, rather best practices and approaches for converting from a mainframe legacy system to a completely integrated solution for contract administration support as well as contract pay in accordance with all Federal and DoD requirements and initiatives.
