- Statement of Work The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Office of Acquisition and Relocation Management (FA), intends to award a sole source fixed fee award purchase order to RTI International for a study report of scientific investigation of the vitro and in vivo pharmacological effects of four synthetic cannabinoids. Please see the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for additional information. The required period of performance is August 1, 2014 - September 30, 2015. THIS SYNOPSIS IS PUBLISHED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS. Per FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government's requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. In accordance with FAR 6.305, 14 days after contract award, DEA will make publicly available the Limited Sources Documentation.
