- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Office of Acquisition and Relocation Management (FA), intends to award a sole source purchase order to Cellebrite USA for the UFED line of mobile forensic extraction devices. This award is based on the company's unique ability to satisfy the requirement. The anticipated award will be a firm-fixed price purchase order. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 334220. The business size standard is 750 employees. THIS SYNOPSIS IS POSTED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND IS NOT A REQUESTFOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS. In accordance with FAR 6.305, 14 days after contract award, DEA will make publically available the Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition. Per FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government's requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency.
