Description

RFQ The solicitation N00421-14-T-0390 is issued as a brand name procurement. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis for CISCO products, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b).The required items are replacements for existing systems. Preference for award given to Small Business certified Partners over any large business when evaluating quotes. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov/vendor.cfm. All other information is in the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ). All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Olive Rogers at olive.rogers@navy.mil no later than 4:00pm EST 16-Jul-2014.
