- The purpose of this modification to Pre-Solicitation Notice for W91QV1-14-B-0004 is to delete all occurrences of Fort Myer and replace with Joint Base Myer Henderson Hall (JBM-HH). All other information remains unchanged. See below. PROJECT TITLE: Post-Wide Custodial Services on Joint Base Myer Henderson Hall (JBM-HH) Solicitation Number: W91QV1-14-B-0004 - SEALED BID The Mission Installation and Contracting Command (MICC), 9410 Jackson Loop, Ft Belvoir, VA 22060, plans to issue a Solicitation for Post-Wide Custodial Services on Joint Base Myer Henderson Hall (JBM-HH). JBM-HH includes Fort Myer, Henderson Hall and Fort McNair. REQUIREMENT SCOPE: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, material, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform post-wide custodial work on JBM-HH. This includes, but it not limited to, sweeping, mopping, removal of trash, cleaning of restrooms, dusting, cleaning stairs and landings and any other areas as specified in the PWS. The applicable North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS Code) is 561720. The Period of Performance (POP) will cover the Base Year Plus Three (3) One-Year Options. There will be a site visit scheduled at a later date. This action is a 100% competitive 8(a) set aside. The solicitation notices and any/all amendments will be posted and available for viewing and downloading at Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Website https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ at no charge. No paper copies will be issued. When the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the aforementioned site regularly for any updates/amendments to this requirement. All prospective bidders must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE CODE) and be registered in the System for Award Managment (SAM) at www.sam.gov.
