- The Kentucky Air National Guard Contracting Office, Louisville, KY 40213 intends to award a sole source contract to Advantor System Corporation, NAICS Code 334290, Small Business, Building 910 Access Control with conduit. Advantor equipment is required as it is the only equipment that is compatible with the current Advantor system in place in pursuant to FAR 6.302-1(b)(i), quote mark Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements quote mark. This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for quotation. No solicitation or Request for Proposal (RFP) is available for this procurement. Nevertheless, any firm that believes it is capable of meeting the requirements described herein may submit a response; which, if received by closing date of this announcement will be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Interested parties may express their interest and provide a capabilities statement NLT Thursday, 18 July 2014 at 5:00 PM EST.
