- 9 July 2014 Update to PASS Draft RFP. Amendment 0004 to Draft Request for Proposal (DRFP) W15QKN-14-R-0006 for Program and Systems Support (PASS) is hereby posted. Amendment 0004, along with the previous 3 Amendments, does not revise any documentation previously posted. The intent of amending the DRFP is to extend the close date on the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website to allow the Government to address all of Industry's questions. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO AMENDED DRAFT RFP AT THIS TIME. THE ONLY CHANGE TO THE PASS DRAFT RFP IS THE SYSTEM REVISION DESCRIBED ABOVE. To date 227 of the 228 questions received have been addressed. Please follow the link to the ASFI website to view all Questions and Answers. Also, please utilize the Closed Solicitation Search once this post closes to view the Questions and Answers for a period of 20 days. Additionally, the Past Performance Questionnaire is hereby posted for reference and the Small Business Participation Plan is posted again for reference.
