- On a sole source basis (brand name only) under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to award a purchase order to Global SATCOM Technology, Inc. to acquire six (6) portable satellite terminals 1200-MX Series, 1.2m Fly-Away Earth Terminals. Global SATCOM Technology, Inc. is the only available source with the capability to meet this requirement and has identified that there are no authorized resellers. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All submittals shall be provided to the Contract Specialist no later than the closing of this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this contract action based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
