- This pre-solicitation notice is for Refuse Service in Amherst, NY 010, and Tonawanda, NY 065. The award will be a fixed price contract with a period of performance from 01 August 2014 through 31 July 2015 with one Base year plus 4 one year options. This requirement will be Un-Restricted. The contractor shall furnish all supervision, personnel, equipment, tools, transportation, and materials necessary to collect and dispose of refuse and recyclables (if included in the service location), as noted in the solicitation and Performance Work Statement. The service location is Amherst USAR Center 100 North Forrest Road Amherst, NY 14221 and 99th Regional Support Command 2393 Colvin BLVD Tonawanda, NY NJ 14150. Pricing shall be inclusive of all fuel surcharges and any other fees or charges and any applicable state Growing Greener Act fees. This acquisition is under the primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 562111 and a size standard of $35.5 Million. The proposed solicitation number will be W15QKN-14-T-1410. The solicitation will be posted on or about 9 July 2014 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. The due date will be stated in the solicitation. Please note the response date listed with this pre-solicitation notice is not the actual due date. The actual due date will be stated in the solicitation. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed.
