- Description
- The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to the Corporate Executive Board for membership to CEB Real Estate Leadership Council for IRS employees from 09/06/2014 to 09/05/2015. The membership shall include access to research content and individual services over the term of the agreement. Also, the membership shall include access to website for print pubs, access to program teleconferences, webinars, access to executive networking opportunities, proven best practices, research and insight, peer benchmarks, decision and diagnostic tools, advisory support, live and/or on-line learning events for senior executives. The anticipated date of award is 07/16/2014, effective 09/06/2014. This NOTICE is NOT a Request for Quote (RFQ) and no solicitation will be publicized. However, if you have the wiliness or capability to fulfill this requirement, you may submit such capabilities in writing to the IRS Primary Point of Contact. Written response to this NOTICE must be provided to this office no later than 07/15/2014 by 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Your written capabilities to fulfill this requirement should include significant information to establish a basis for a competed action. Written response will be used to determine if this acquisition will be made competitive. A determination by the Government not to compete this contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government.
