- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION - VIRTUAL EVENTS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.102 (g) and with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation number is: OPM2614Q0187 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates all mandatory commercial item provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-71 dated July 1, 2014. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 561499, and the small business size standard is $14 million. This procurement is reserved exclusively for small business to submit quotations. The Human Resources Solutions (HRS), Federal Staffing Group, Staff Acquisition Branch provides a full range of staff acquisition services to government agencies. A component of these services is recruitment and branding which supports Federal agency managers by providing the tools, strategies, and proven methodologies needed to attract and retain top performers for their organizations. Solutions include virtual events such as career fairs, conferences, or training. In support of its mission and to meet our clients' demands, HRS requires a contractor to conduct and host virtual events for career fairs, training or conferences. OPM intends to issue a single-award BPA with firm fixed priced Contract Line Items (CLINs). The Period of Performance (POP) shall be for a period of three (3) years (one base year and two (2) one-year option periods) from the date of award. Offerors are invited to submit their quotations to OPM Contracting in response to this notice by 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), July 23, 2014. Only e-mailed requests for additional information will be accepted at gary.paigejr@opm.gov through 12:00 PM, EST July 11, 2014. OPM's email size limitation is 4MB per email. Quotations submitted in response to this notice shall include the solicitation number in the subject line and be signed, dated and submitted via email to Gary.PaigeJr@opm.gov. Communications with officials other than the OPM Contracting Officer indicated above may compromise the competitiveness of this acquisition and result in cancellation of the solicitation and/or exclusion of your proposal from consideration. Vendors not registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and not registered in the VETS-100 database on July 23, 2014, will not be considered. If an offeror does not meet the requirements of filing a VETS100/100A report, the offeror must provide a screenshot from the USDOL website that VETS100/100A reporting is not required with the offeror's proposal.
