- THIS IS A SUBCONTRACT OPPORTUNITY WITH EDUCATION MANAGEMENT CORPORATION Blue Ridge Job Corps Center is a federal facility owned by the Department of Labor / Employment & Training Administration. It is operated by Education Management Corporation under contract #DOL-ETA-14-C-0004 with the DOL. Blue Ridge Job Corps has been operating for over 40 years, providing career technical and academic training to disadvantaged youth 16 to 24 years old. It is a 24/7 facility with 157 students. Blue Ridge Job Corps Center and Education Management Corporation is seeking to obtain quotes for the clothing and footwear subcontract opportunities within their program. More specifically, students of the Blue Ridge Job Corps Center require scrub uniforms and nursing shoes. Blue Ridge Job Corps Center and Education Management Corporation have the right to refuse any and all quotes.
