- The Bureau of Reclamation, lower Colorado Region has a requirement for Oil Testing Services at Hoover Dam in accordance to the attached Statement of Work. Location is Hoover Dam, US. S Highway 93 AZ-NV, 89005. It is anticipated that one purchase order with four (4) option years will be awarded based on the lowest priced technically acceptable responsive quote from a responsible quoter. This requirement is a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is:541380 Testing and Laboratories. The small business size standard for NAICS Code $14.0 million in average annual receipts. See Request for Quote for further details on this requirement. The following clauses and provisions are applicable to this commercial item acquisition: FAR provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial items FAR provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items Quoters shall include in their quote a completed copy of the provision 52.212-03 or indicate completion of the applicable Online Representation and Certifications Application (ORCA). Quoters may complete the annual representation and certification online at www.sam.gov. FAR Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items FAR Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial items.
