- GUIS MAINTENANCE COMPOUND BUILDING PAINTING AND REPAIR PROJECT The project work consists of all labor, materials and equipment to apply one (1) primer coat and two (2) finish coats of paint (100% Acrylic exterior latex semi-gloss) on maintenance building (MS-12, MS-14, and MS-16) exteriors. Painted surfaces (~1,042 SF) include siding, standard doors, fascia boards and soffits; pressure washing plaster areas (~2,824 SF); and replace deteriorated wood members (siding, fascia boards and soffits). Prior to bidding, prospective contractor shall field verify the character, quality, and quantity of surface and subsurface materials or obstacles to be encountered insofar as this information is reasonably ascertainable from an inspection of the site.
