The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and all labor necessary to operate, maintain and provide immediate on-site emergency repair service to Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS). The applicable NAICS code is 811310. This is a competitive acquisition which will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation criteria outlined in the solicitation. This solicitation will be distributed solely on the Internet at the following address beginning on or after 15 July 2014: https://www.fbo.gov/. Closing date of this solicitation will be no more than 30 calendar days after the issue date. NO PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE MAILED FOR ANY REASON. Prospective offerors will be asked to register for this solicitation at the above referenced website. A list of all registered prospective offerors will be available at this site as well. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract and does not restrict the Government in its ultimate acquisition approach. This notice does not obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation costs. *NOTICE TO OFFEROR(S)/SUPPIER(S): FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS EFFORT.
