- The Government intends to solicit for Lodging in Kind for Soldier's attending Battle Assemblies within a 15 mile radius of North Chesterfield, Virginia 23237. The estimated period of performance is August 2014 thru July 2016 which includes one option year. This requirement will be for 27 double occupancy rooms, 3 days in August of the base and option years, and 27 double occupancy rooms, 2 days each additional month for the base and option years. The rooms must be located at one facility.
