- 2014 DHITS Booth Application The 2014 Defense Health Information Technology Symposium (DHITS) will be held from July 29 - 31, 2014, at the Caribe Royale All Suite Hotel and Convention Center, 8101 World Center Drive, Orlando, Florida. This year the DHITS theme is, "Defense Health Transformation: News You Can Use!" If you want to attend please register at http://www.med.navy.mil/navydays/Pages/default.aspx. When you have completed your registration you will receive an e-mail confirmation with payment instructions. An attendee badge costs $500 and we accept a total of six (6) attendees per company. There are still hotel rooms available at the Buena Vista Hotel located on the same property as the convention center. You can reserve a room at the following link https://aws.passkey.com/event/11331848/owner/186/home. EXHIBIT INFORMATION The exhibit will be in the Grand Sierra A- D of the Caribe Royale Convention Center. Exhibit Schedule: Exhibit move-in is Monday, July 28 from 2:00 - 6:00 pm. The date and hours are Tuesday and Wednesday, July 29 and 30, 8:00 am until 6:00 pm, and Thursday, July 31, from 8:00 am until 1:00 pm in the Caribe Royale Convention Center. Exhibits move-out is Thursday, July 31, 1:00 - 5:00 pm. The space in the exhibit hall is limited. Exhibitors can only request a 10'x10' or 10'x20' exhibit space. Your booth will have standard pipe and drape and the booth equipment will consist of 8' high background drape and 3' high side drape. The drape colors are black and white. Also provided are: one (1) 7" x 44" booth sign displaying exhibitor's company name and booth number, a six foot draped table, two chairs, and a wastebasket. Each exhibitor will receive four exhibitor and two attendee badges per 10'x10' booth. The price for a 10'x 10' booth is $3,000 and for a 10'x20' booth $5,500. Payment is due after your application has been approved and detailed information will be provided at that time. In order to be approved and reserve exhibit space, complete the attached application form and submit it to Alida Vessey at alida.vessey.ctr@dah.mil within seven (7) days of receiving this e-mail with a copy to Bradley.Prindle.ctr@med.navy.mil. Space assignment is on a first-come, first-served basis. ADDITIONAL SERVICES The contracted exhibit management company is BREDE EXPOSITION SERVICES/ALLIED CONVENTION SERVICE, INC. (BES/SACS). BES/ACS will provide an On-Line Exhibitor Service Center on their website that will contain order forms for the following services: rental of furniture, custom furniture, rental units, carpet, drayage information, labor rates, etc. Also included will be the ancillary forms, as needed to provide you with the services necessary to assist in planning for a successful exhibition.
