No Option is included. I/A/W Part Number 12220-1 Approved Source of Supply: AMI Industries Inc (31218) P/N 12220-1 This Solicitation will be Unrestricted, Utilizing Other Than Full and Open Competition This is a Navy Critical Safety and Critical Application Item. Item is Life Support. Configuration Control and Shelf Life restrictions apply. Government First Article Testing (FAT) and Government Production Lot Testing (PLT) apply as well. This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program. FOB: Origin I/A: Origin PRLI 000 QTY 170 Ship to Cherry Point, NC 28533 The Delivery Objective is 215 days for the First Article Sample, 180 days for Testing and Evaluation, 215 days for the Production Quantity, 60 days for the Government review of the PLT report and notification to the contractor for a total delivery of 680 days.
