- Description of requirement and submission instructions. Office of Treaty Compliance requires a wide range of technical, programmatic, educational, administrative, and policy support to enable the office to carry out its responsibilities efficiently, but does not maintain in-house the broad range of in-depth analytical expertise and tools in such areas as ballistic physics, radar science, etc., or strategic and conventional arms control treaty negotiating experience. The office, therefore, requires contractual support to accomplish its mission. This Sources Sought seeks capability statements from interested vendors that will assist the Government in locating potential sources with the ability to satisfy the Government's requirement. This Sources Sought Notice is for market research and planning purposes only. It is not a request for proposal (RFP) nor does it restrict the Government as to the final acquisition strategy. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this notice.
