- SCA Wage Determination Solicitation Package, including Statement of Work This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation issued as Request for Proposal (RFP) AG-82MK-S-14-0023. FAR clauses and provisions enclosed within this RFP are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-74 and are available in full text through Internet access at http://www.acquisition.gov/far. The United States Forest Service (USFS) encourages the participation of small, disadvantaged, service disabled veteran, and women owned business enterprises. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541720 and the small business size standard is $19 million. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. All responsible small business concerns that currently hold a non-disturbing special use permit for conducting archaeological inventories on National Forest lands within Region Two may submit an offer which will be considered by the Forest Service. The Government requires performance of the work described in these documents to conduct a cultural survey of up to 6,599 acres prior to implementation of bark beetle mitigation programs and a reevaluation of 11 previously surveyed sites that may also be impacted as further described in the Statement of Work. Proposals are due for this combined synopsis/solicitation on August 4, 2014 at 3:00PM Mountain Time and shall be delivered by the specified time to the USFS, 2250 Highway 50, Delta CO 81416. Facsimile proposals will not be accepted. Proposals may be submitted electronically to jtobin@fs.fed.us. Offers shall be submitted on the SF 1449. Award will be made on the basis of lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. Offerors shall submit the name(s) of personnel who will perform the required cultural survey services along with documentation of their respective qualifications and certifications to perform these services within the State of Colorado.
