- Solicitation Package This is a notice of intent that Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC) anticipates issuing a Sole Source repair contract to the Raytheon Corporate (CAGE: 37695) to provide repair coverage for the ARC-187 UHF SATCOM System. No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements, per the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). This action will result in the award of a new contract, with a 1-Year Basic Period of Performance and one (1) 12-month option. Receiver/Transmitter NSN 5821-01-422-1645 Part Number 902082-842 Radio Control Set NSN 5821-01-454-8454 Part Number 902229-846 Radio Control Set NSN 5821-01-387-0969 Part Number 901813-846 Receiver/Transmitter NSN 5895-01-454-8091 Part Number 902307-801 Delivery Schedule: The required turnaround time is within 60 calendar days, after receipt of funded delivery order or reparable assets, whichever is later. Duration of Contract: Any services to be furnished under the anticipated resultant contract shall be ordered by issuance of delivery or task orders. Such orders may be issued from date of contract for 1-Year unless the Government chooses to exercise the Option for an additional year. Performance under the contract shall be through completion of all orders. Destination: The anticipated destination information is as follows: DODAAC: SW3119 DLA Distribution 455 Bryon Street, BLDG 376 Robins AFB, GA 31098-1887 Source(s): The intended source for this acquisitions is Raytheon Corporate (CAGE: 37695), in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, due to the data needed to complete contract repair is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the repair for a competitive solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
