For request for solicitation, provide your name, the company name and Cage Code and a telephone/facsimile number. PRON: AX4F0459AX. The Government proposes to acquire on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract a minimum quantity of 66 each up to 466 each maximum of PUMP, SUBMERGED, AIRC, NSN: 2915-01-453-6117, Part Number: S6130-63015-003 applicable to the BE UH-60 (Blackhawk) weapon system. Production Lead Time without First Article Test is 66 each 236 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to NEW CUMBERLAND, PA 17070-5002. Forecasted quantities are: 1st Year, 66 each, 2nd year, 100 each, 3rd year, 100 each, 4th year, 100 each, 5th year, 100 each. This item is restricted to PARKER-HANNIFIN CORPORATION, CAGE CODE: 26433 and SIKORSKY AIRCRAFT CORPORATION, CAGE CODE: 78286. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-DTD-100. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Warning - This document contains technical data whose export is restricted by the arms export control act (Title 22, U.S.C., SEC 2751 ET SEQ.) or executive order 12470.
