- The National Park Service, Harpers Ferry Center, is soliciting proposals to The purpose of this contract is to provide research, evaluations, new illustrations, maps, graphic acquisition and use rights, exhibit planning and design, hand powered audio visual elements, fabrication, transportation, and installation for new outdoor exhibits at Governors Island National Monument, Fort Jay, New York, New York. The government anticipates award of one firm-fixed price contract. This solicitation is totally set-aside for small businesses. The solicitation will be available via Fedconnect and FedBizOpps on or about July 18, 2014. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued.
