- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Statement of Requirements Description of Work: The Contractor shall provide replacement water cooling coils for Fan 6 and Fan 10. The Contractor shall provide a detailed drawing of each cooling coil. The drawings should include fin length, fin height, overall length, overall height, and overall width. The coolers are stacked two-high and need to fit in a fan enclosure space only 48 quote mark high. Supply and return connections are to be 3 quote mark MPT. The Contractor shall provide schedule of delivery date upon request. The Contractor shall inform the Government immediately of any changes to the schedule. The Contractor shall coordinate with the Government for delivery. The product will be installed by the Government. Delivery of the equipment shall be within 60 calendar days of placement of order.
