- Description
- The purpose of this MATOC is to provide design-build and design-bid-build construction services for a broad range of military renovation and construction work. The Government will only accept proposals from SDVOSBs. The North American Classification System (NAICS) Code for this project is 236220 and the Small Business size standard for this project is $33,500,000. The total value of all task orders awarded under this MATOC to all selected contractors will not exceed $49,000,000.00. Base contracts will be awarded with a 5 year period of performance (POP) consisting of a 3 year base period, plus two 12-month option periods.
