- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport has a requirement for manufacturing in accordance with drawing JCM-17820 for MTEL Hydraulic Hose Assemblies as follows: P/N JCM-17820-001 MTEL Hydraulic Hose Assembly quantity 114-134 with (2) test articles to be provided in accordance with drawings. P/N JCM-17820-002 MTEL Hydraulic Hose Assembly quantity 57-67 with (1) test article to be provided in accordance with drawings. P/N JCM-17820-003 MTEL Hydraulic Hose Assembly quantity 57-67 with (1) test article to be provided in accordance with drawings. This acquisition will be processed using FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The resultant contract will be awarded on a 100% Small Business basis. NAICS Code 333995, size standard, 500 Employees. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order is anticipated. Please note the data package associated with this procurement will only be available by requesting a compact disc from the negotiator. Only offerors that have an active registration in the Joint Certification Program will be provided the compact disc. Your request must include your company name, complete address, cage code, DUNS number, and JCP certification number as well as a point of contact and phone number. The drawings will be mailed upon receipt of this information. Offerors must be registered in the System of Award Management (SAM) ( https://www.sam.gov ) to be eligible for award. Instructions for registration are available at the website. The anticipated posting date of solicitation N66604-14-Q-2338 is on or about 21 July 2014. The closing date for receipt of quotes will be established in the RFQ. The delivery schedule will be established in the RFQ.
