- This synopsis is a presolicitation notice and is not the Request for Proposal (RFP). The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service will be issuing a RFP for telephone systems, including removal of existing equipment and the installation of new equipment, for five facilities within the state of New Mexico: two (2) locations in Albuquerque and also at our facilities near - Acomita, Taos, and Zuni. Scope: The Albuquerque Area IHS is contemplating a fixed-price, single award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type award. The purpose of this requirement is for turnkey Digital and/or Digital-VoIP hybrid telephone systems for the Division of Information Systems Management. It is a mandatory requirement that any contractor interested in providing a proposal and receiving contract award view all worksites to enable a complete understanding of the full scope of the work to be performed. Formal site visits will be scheduled during the week July 28 - July 30, 2014 at 10:00am MT on each scheduled day at the respective facilities (July 31 is currently tentative). See RFP for more details regarding address locations & facility maps. The Albuquerque Area IHS anticipates release of a RFP on July 18, 2014. That solicitation will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website.
