- The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a Request for Proposal for a Time and Materials purchase order for a base year and four (4) option years for the delivery of unleaded gasoline to the Shasta Maintenance Yard and Keswick Office Building. There are two (2) 2,000 gallon capacity above ground fuel tanks for the contractor to deliver to. This requirement is being advertised under NAICS Code is: 454310, with a size standard of 50 employees. This procurement is set-aside 100% for Small Business. Solicitation R14PS00604 will be posted on or about July 7, 2014. All quotations shall be submitted via e-mail to ahollowell@usbr.gov. The solicitation shall be downloaded at the above website; no paper copy of this solicitation will be distributed. Prospective contractors MUST be actively registered in System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov to be eligible for award.
