- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Eustis, Fort Eustis, VA anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for classroom rehabilitation of existing infrastructure in TRADOC centers and schools and other Department of Defense (DoD) schools for the insertion of instructional technology, in support of the Army Training Support Center (ATSC), Fort Eustis, VA. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, shipping and travel required to perform classroom rehabilitation in accordance with applicable regulations. Supporting tasks shall include performing classroom surveys, classroom design, planning, scheduling, replacing of electrical systems, enhancement, modification, and synchronization with telecommunications and/or network services. The rehabilitation will support an instructional digital classroom environment for delivery of Army training to Active Army, Reserve Components, other services, foreign exchange Soldiers, civilians and contractors serving as resident and non-resident students. The work will be performed at various schools throughout the U.S. This requirement will be offered ONLY for competition among 8(a) firms. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 238210 -- Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors with a size standard of $14M. The resultant contract will be a Firm Fixed-Price contract for one year contract. REMINDER: This is not a Request for Proposal; only a Presolicitation Notice.
