- Mini Crypto Amendment 0003 Amendment 0003 makes the following changes to the solicitation document: 1. Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Clause 5352.201-9101, Ombudsman (NOV 2012) has been updated to following information: Mr. Thomas Davenport AFLCMC/XZC Bldg. 1600 Hanscom AFB, MA 01731 Telephone: 781-225-1740 E-mail: thomas.davenport@us.af.mil 2. The following Federal Acquisition Regulation and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Clauses have been updated or incorporated by reference in Section I: 52.203-5, Covenant Against Contingent Fees (May 2014) 252.244-7001, Contractor Purchasing System Administration (Jun 2012) 252.246-7007, Contractor Counterfeit Electronic Part Detection and Avoidance System (May 2014) 3. The following Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRL) have been incorporated: A004 - Integrated Program Management Report (PMR) B009 - Engineering Data for Provisioning B010 - Source Data for Forecasting Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages C002 - Contractor's Configuration Management Plan E016 - Technical Report - Study/Services F008 - Test Plan 4. A revised System Requirements Document (SRD) version 2.0, dated 12 June 2014 has been incorporated. The SRD is a sensitive document and will only be transmitted to qualified offerors. All offerors must first send a request for the SRD via email. To qualify to receive the SRD offerors must follow the process outlined in the Instructions to Offerors, Section L, paragraph 2.1.3. If qualified, the SRD will be transmitted to offerors via encrypted email or AMRDEC system, more information about AMRDEC can be found here: https://safe.amrdec.army.mil/safe/ 5. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
