- This sole source modification will provide the continuity of telecommunication services without interruption to vital telecommunication capabilities and existing network functionalities across the Oak Ridge Reservation utilizing existing hardware, current subcontractor agreements and software subscriptions. Due to the complexity and nature of the scope of this service requirement, it is necessary to utilize existing City of Oak Ridge permits to perform work for DOE, as well as hardware, software, networks and systems containing proprietary Federal Network Systems LLC data.
