- The U.S. Geological Survey Conte Anadromous Fish Laboratory has a requirement for the construction of a prefabricated steel storage building to be delivered and constructed in Turner Falls, Massachusetts. The project must be completed within 90 days of the notice to proceed. There are no option periods. Request for Quote (RFQ) G14PS00512 will be issued on or about 07/03/2014 with written quotes due on or about 08/04/2014. There will be a site visit on 07/15/2014 at 9:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST). All contractors are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to attend the site visit. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 236220. The size standard is $33.5 million. The magnitude of construction is $100,000 to $150,000. The anticipated award date of the contract is 08/11/2014. A vendor must be registered at https://www.sam.gov/index.html to be awarded the contract.
