- DLA Information Operations sited at Puget Sound, WA requires Information Technology (IT) support services for on-site hardware, software, and technical support. IT support services are required to augment existing Government IT support personnel. The contract is needed to ensure that all IT equipment, to include network hardware, server hardware, workstations, printers, portable computers, network infrastructure (cabling), and miscellaneous IT equipment, is functioning at all times to support mission requirements. IT support services are provided to users when working at their primary duty location, when working from an alternate site, and/or when working in a temporary duty (TDY) status away from primary duty location. Contract SP3300-11-C-1022 is currently in place with Diverse Technologies Corporation (DTC) for the above required services. The contract period of performance ends 31 July 2014. DLA Distribution located at New Cumberland, PA is currently in the process of soliciting a re-compete for the services and anticipates an award by 1 January 2015. In order to ensure that a break in services is not experienced, DLA Information Operations would like to modify contract SP3300-11-C-1022 to extend services for six months in accordance with FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, which is included in the contract. This modification is a sole source modification under 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) "Only One Responsible Source/a Limited Number of Responsible Sources and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition will be posted after the execution of the modification. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 541513 and the size standard is $25,500,000.00. To receive an award resulting from solicitations, your company must be registered in the System for Award Management IAW FAR 4.1102 at www.sam.gov.
