- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Indiana Army National Guard has a requirement for a prime subsistence vendors, for deliveries to all armory and other training locations throughout the State of Indiana. This contract will require the awardee to provide subsistence (dry goods, canned goods, fresh and frozen meats, fresh produce, dairy products and bread products etc). Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 5140 or North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 422410. An Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Fixed-Price supply contract with Economic Price Adjustment for base year plus four option years will be issued as a result of this proposal. The base year will cover from time of award to September 30, 2014 only. Option years will be for 12 months starting October 1 eachsubsequent year. The total contract value with all (4) option years shall not exceed $3,000,000. Award will be in accordance with best value source selection methods. Proposals will beevaluated on Delivery, Product Availability, Past Performance, and Price. This proposal is unrestricted.
