The Government proposes to acquire, on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, a quantity of 50 each minimum to 250 each maximum of a VALVE ASSEMBLY, RELI; NSN: 4820-01-087-9157; Part Number: 4040T79G01 applicable to the BF UH-60 Turbine Engine (T-700) weapon system. Production Lead Time with First Article Testing is 50 each, 395 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Production Lead Time without First Article Testing is 50 each, 263 DACA, with deliveries to TEXARKANA, TX, 75507-5000. This item is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the PROCUREX system and review the Reverse Auction help tutorials at: www.dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction.Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
