- RECOVERY - The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to fund the proposed action in part via the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (Pub. L. 111-5) (Recovery Act). The agency provides this notice for informational purposes only. The proposed action is an opportunity that is available to contractors that possess a National Aeronautics and Space Administration Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (NASA SEWP) Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC).. The agency intends to issue a firm fixed-price delivery order, following the procedures of FAR PART 16 for IBM servers, associated parts, software and maintenance to support the National Support Center. Only NASA SEWP Contract holders can respond utilizing the NASA SEWP website. All other contractors should not respond.
