- Request for Proposal (RFP) # SOL-615-13-000020 Attachment 13_USAID Kenya REVISED Standardized Reporting Template Attachment 12_b Past Performance Information Sheet Attachment 12_a Budget Template Attachment 11 - OPH IEE Amendment The purpose of this notice is to: 1. Amend the solicitation issuance date; and 2. Amend the Solicitation contract type. Accordingly, the following changes are made to the description of the solicitation contract type: 1. In Paragraph 4 of the presolicitation notice description, the solicitation issuance date "January 1, 2014" is deleted in entirety and replaced in lieu thereof with "July 03, 2014". 2. In Paragraph 5 of the presolicitation notice description, the statement "...a hybrid contract with Cost-Plus- Fixed-Fee completion and term type contract line items..." is deleted in entirety and replaced in lieu thereof with the following statement; "...a combination type contract consisting of a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) completion type and IDIQ type contract line items...."
