Description

Contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, materials, and supervision necessary for the installation of a new secure pedestrian entrance to the parking structure and installation of a new elevator vestibule. Substantial completion is 60 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Contract completion is 30 calendar days from substantial completion. The project is estimated between $100,000 and $250,000. The project is a set-aside for small business. The NAICS is 236220 and the size standard is $33.5 million. This is a negotiated procurement. The number of offers received, the identity of offerors, and the amount of any offer or relative standing of any offer will not be disclosed. Proposals will be evaluated on price alone. The solicitation will be issued on or about July 18, 2014. The date for receipt of proposals will be stated in the solicitation. Offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and for monitoring FedBizOps for amendments and/or additional information. In order to download the solicitation document, Contractors shall be registered in SAM and have a valid DUNS number. All responsible small businesses may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
