- SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS ONLY The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification (hubzone, 8(a), small, small disadvantage, service disabled veteran owned small business, or large business) relative to NACIS 561210. Responses to this synopsis will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this sources sought synopsis, a solicitation announcement may be published on FBO. Responses to this sources sought synopsis are not considered adequate responses to the solicitation announcement. The Department of Veterans Affair, Network Contracting Office 22, is seeking sources for a potential contract to provide eye wash testing for VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (VAGLAHS) GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: This is an inclusive contract, contractor shall provide all parts, labor, tools and materials required to perform testing of the emergency shower and eyewashes located throughout VAGLAHS. The testing shall be in accordance with the requirements of ANSI Z358.1 2009 standards for emergency eyewashes and shower equipment. Contractor shall abide by any updates to this standard and modify testing procedure accordingly The intended contract period will be for a base year and four (4) one year option period, which may begin September 1, 2013.
