- Due to a system issue with the Contracting Office location, this synopsis/solicitation is being reposted in its entirety in the sequential order is was originally presented. Amendments to follow with time extension for receipt of offers. Offerors must sign the SF1442 and all subsequent amendments with their offer. Original Solicitation Number: 14-242-SOL-00009 Original Posted Date: June 27, 2014 Original Response Date: June 28, 2014, 1:00 AM Mountain Added: Jun 27, 2014 2:55 pm This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. A written solicitation has been issued. One Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12 commercial purchase order will be issued. The government intends to enter into a commercial contract for liquid Propane Fuel. This acquisition is a Small Business Set Aside according to FAR 52.219-6 - Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside. Line Item Description: CLIN 0001 - Liquid propane fuel, 345,000 gallons delivered to Zuni Indian Hospital, Cibola County, New Mexico, IAW the attached Statement of Requirement dated June 2, 2014. Contractor shall provide propane fuel on a "full service" basis, including acquisition, transportation, and delivery per the attached Statement of Requirement. Market index cost with transportation and all other costs should be included in proposals. Specific delivery instructions will be provided to contract awardee.
