Description

The purpose of this amendment is notify offerors that "The Government will award a contract resulting from this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation requirements and will provide the lowest price to the government." This replaces what was originally stated in the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation which was, "The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation requirements and will provide the best value to the government." All other terms and conditions of the original Combined Synopsis/Solicitation remain the same.
