Description

This is a Pre-solicitation Notice Only. No quotes are being requested at this time. Furthermore, no "Draft" Request For Quotes (RFQs) or Performance Work Statements (PWS) will be available prior to release of the solicitation. It is anticipated that the contract will have a one (1) year base period and four (4) one (1) year option periods. Services will be required beginning August 30, 2014. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 621512. Size standard is $14.0 Million. The VA anticipates awarding a firm fixed price requirements type contract. This solicitation will be a small business set aside. The electronic solicitation will be available for download on or around Thursday, July 03, 2014, from the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at www.fbo.gov. No hard copies of the solicitation will be provided. It is the responsibility of those responding to the RFQ to obtain all amendments and/or applicable documents. Offerors are instructed to hold all questions until the RQP has been issued. NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED. In order to be eligible for award, interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov.
