- JEFO See attached JEFO: This task order is issued under the U.S. Department of Treasury, Application Support Services indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract (TOS11D0001) to support of the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) with Information Technology Services. This task order is a logical follow-on to be completed by CyberData-IDL, which was competitively awarded the O&M task (subCLIN 002-1). There is an inherent risk if another contractor was responsible for modifying the applications maintained by Cyberdata-IDL. As a result, this requirement is integrally related to subCLIN 002-1 and was competitively awarded to CyberData-IDL Solutions for the O&M contract. This task is modifying and upgrading a portfolio of applications that is currently being maintained via subCLIN 002-1 and only Cyberdata-IDL is capable of performing this task. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.
