Description

The VA Gulf Coast Veterans Healthcare System, Biloxi, MS, VISN 16, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 (Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements), intends to negotiate a sole source purchase order with Grace Registry Services of Renton, WA to provide certified tumor registry services for the Biloxi, MS VA Healthcare System in Biloxi, MS. This requirement is for abstracting of cancer data services to support care and treatment given to Veterans with malignant diseases and must cover data for the past four years (2010-2013). The NAICS Code for this service is 518210, Data Processing, Hosting and Related Services and the Small Business Size Standard is $30M. The Period of Performance will be for (12) months from 8/01/2014 - 7/31/2014, and all reporting must be completed within 12 months from date of award. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or a request for offers. No solicitation package is available at this time. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice (VA-256-13-Q-1146) must show clear and convincing evidence that a prospective offeror can fulfill the requirements of this solicitation and that competition would be in the best interest of the Government. Interested parties should submit a capability statement to the Contracting Officer within seven business days of the date of this notice. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Contractors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be eligible for award. Information on SAM is available at www.sam.gov.
