- The Department of Interior, National Park Service, Grand Teton National Park, is seeking interested sources that can provide all labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, services, permits, licensing, and transportation to accomplish the repair work on two permanently placed message boards which are located at the junction of highway 89/26/191 in Moran Wyoming. The campground message board is static can be changed from OPEN/CLOSED/FULL through a remote (manufactured by K&K Systems). The variable message board is just that capable of changing messages from a remote location (in this case about 100 yards) through a software program (manufactured by Intelligent Design, Inc). Both these signs are solar powered with battery back-up. These signs are placed along the road leading into the park. Dust, dirt, and pollen gravitate into these machines. These machines should remain operational 24/7 during all weather types and climate. Neither sign is working. Batteries have been replaced with gel core batteries. Connections have been verified to be secure. Both signs need to be put back into operational status with some light panels replaced. Remote operations need to be restored and improved (campground board required you stand in front of the sign to change the status and we want to be able to do it from the kiosk) as well as new software installed for both signs. NAICS code for this requirement is 811213, with a small business size standard of $10M.
